Clock Tower Resort Policies
- Check-In time is anytime after 4:00 PM (Early check-in requests can be accommodated when available).
- Check-Out time is 11:00 AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated when possible).
- This property considers guests aged 16 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding.
- Please advise Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults & children.
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
Payment Policies/Deposit Information
- A valid debit/credit card must be presented at check-in.
- You may pay by debit/credit card, cash, travelers checks, or Best Western Travel Card upon departure.
- A valid debit/credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the debit/credit card on the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the debit/credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
- 48 hours advance notice.
- Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your records.
- All rates are confirmed and will be charged in US Dollars.
- All room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
- Roll-a-way beds are available for $25.00 + tax/stay.
- Cribs may be obtained complimentary, subject to availability, please request in advance.
